Kodi is a consultant and facilitator with Strelo Group. She is a purpose-driven leader with a passion for fostering innovation across industries and private and nonprofit sectors. She is regarded for her work in designing spaces and opportunities for people and teams to engage fully and purposefully.
Kodi believes in the power of cross-sector partnerships and cross-disciplinary insights to increase the capacity and impact of organizations. Her approach is human-centered, focusing on relationships, collective wisdom, and negotiation as essential tools for achieving shared visions. She was drawn to Strelo Group because of its belief in the unique value of every individual and the firm’s dedication to leveraging collective wisdom to solve complex problems.
Kodi has a diverse professional background spanning sustainability, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), health systems, organizational development, and strategic planning. She spearheaded Boise State University’s first-ever crisis housing program and the inaugural year-round sustainability reporting for multiple colleges. She also established cross-sector communities of practice and workforce development opportunities for DEI practitioners.
Kodi holds a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University and a Master of Health Science in Health Service Leadership from Boise State University. She earned certifications in negotiation and influence from UC Berkeley, conflict management from Boise State, and leading complex change from Strelo Group.
Kodi resides in vibrant Denver, CO. She is an avid podcast listener and finds joy in seeking out high-alpine lakes. Her adventurous and curious spirit extends to boondocking in a teardrop trailer with her family, reflecting her commitment to balance and holistic well-being.
