The Idaho Inclusion Collective is a member-driven group of HR and business leaders who are committed to empowering workplaces to foster inclusion and belonging.
You’ll join four quarterly in-person gatherings, hosted in Boise. Come together with local leaders and practitioners to engage in shared learning and build relationships in a highly supportive community.

2025 marks 35 years of the Americans with Disabilities Act — which protects people with disabilities from discrimination and ensures their right to work. People with a disability accounted for about 14% of Idaho’s population and the unemployment rate for people with a disability is about twice the state average.
