Asile Patin

Asile is a consultant and facilitator with Strelo Group. She is gifted in helping organizations and leaders confidently navigate complex change. She specializes in small group and leadership facilitation as well as developing strategy and operationalizing values to foster cultures of trust, equity, and sustainability. Through her work, Asile helps create the conditions for teams to feel emboldened, aligned, and confident in their plans for transformational change.

Asile’s facilitation style centers on building collective confidence and creating lasting solutions that empower individuals to embrace their unique and interconnected roles. By weaving together strategy, creativity, and wellness, she helps organizations embody their values and feel confident in their big visions from the inside out.

With experience spanning strategic planning, policy development, and community engagement, Asile has worked with neighborhood associations, faith-based organizations, grassroots campaigns, and nonprofit initiatives nationwide. Asile holds a dual Bachelor of Arts in African American Studies and Civic Engagement from Syracuse University.
