Anna Boyer
Anna is a consultant and facilitator with Strelo Group. Anna is passionate about creating learning experiences that lead to personal action and drive change.
She was drawn to Strelo Group because of the firm’s bold focus on human flourishing. Strelo’s commitment to build inclusive leaders and high trust environments speaks to Anna’s desire for all people to find their spark and experience a deep sense of belonging in the workplace.
Anna has spent over 10 years working inside large, global organizations. At Micron Technology, Anna helped to establish the company’s first Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy. As part of this change effort, she designed and facilitated Inclusive Leadership Experience, a one-day course designed to engage Micron’s global leadership team.
Anna first grew her organization development and DEI skill set at Starbucks Coffee Company, where she helped to align workforce strategy to business strategy, develop a diverse pipeline of leaders, and foster employee engagement. Her interest in DEI grew from her own experience leading the Women’s Impact Network at Starbucks and witnessing how employee-led groups can ignite organizational change.
In addition to consulting, Anna works as an adjunct instructor at Boise State University, teaching courses on inclusive leadership, navigating difficult conversations, and conflict resolution.
Anna studied international relations and economics at Colby College in Maine. Her curiosity about leadership and human development led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Seattle Pacific University. Anna is certified in Cultural Intelligence from the Cultural Intelligence Center.
Anna lives in Boise, ID, with her husband, two children, and her dog, Ginger.
