Shannon Rush-Call, MPA
Shannon Rush-Call brings over two decades of experience designing and delivering client services and people programs in the complex global environments of Fortune 500 companies, including Accenture, Microsoft, and Micron Technology.
As director of Global Organizational Effectiveness for Micron Technology, from 2015 to 2019, Shannon was an architect of Micron’s multi-year culture transformation, which included the introduction of Micron’s vision and core values, implementation of an innovative approach to employee engagement, and redesign of performance management. These strategic change initiatives impacted each of Micron’s 34,000 employees in 17 countries.
Before joining Micron in 2011, Shannon spent 13 years with Accenture, a global professional services firm, and three years with AmeriCorps. At Accenture, Shannon specialized in human capital management and business operations, serving global technology clients.
Shannon cultivates commitment within teams and organizations to produce lasting outcomes — building inclusive cultures and empowering professionals to be courageous leaders. She is currently the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion fellow for Boise State’s Blue Sky Institute, a member of the Saint Alphonsus Foundation Boise Board of Directors, and a 2018 Tribute to Women in Industry award honoree.
Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western State Colorado University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Idaho as well as numerous professional certifications. Shannon’s life in Boise, ID, is filled with outdoor adventures with her husband and three teenage sons.
