Amy Rush
Amy is an executive coach and facilitator with Strelo Group. She was drawn to Strelo because its deep commitment to human-centered work aligns with her belief that the workplace should be a playground for development of the whole person. She was also excited to work with her sister, co-founder Shannon Rush-Call.
Amy brings 20 years of diverse experience in business, nonprofit development, and the arts. She has a demonstrated ability to engage in creative and thought-provoking coaching that imbues her clients with authenticity, integrity, and courage. She is passionate about bringing the joy and wonder of creativity into business.
As coach and director of Training and Culture, Amy was a founding member of the executive leadership team for Become Beauty, a start-up that grew to $1 million in annual sales during her tenure. With Become, she designed and facilitated training experiences of all sizes — from multi-day events for over 100 participants to intimate team meetings and one-on-one coaching.
Since 2018, Amy has led the capital campaign for McCall Library Foundation, which has raised more than $1.5 million. She was a key player in strategic stakeholder engagement that led to passing a bond measure in 2021 in support of building a new community library for the city of McCall, ID.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Montana and a Master of Fine Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, a certified Dream Coach and Dream Coach Group Leader, a trained True Purpose Coach, and trained in the Collaborative Operating System.
Amy was raised in McCall, ID, where she now resides after many years of living in both New York and Los Angeles. She loves having her toes in the sand, dirt, or snow in the great outdoors with her husband and two children.
